Remove the fenders and all but the front large bolts (leave one on each side for a pivot point, do loosen them though) that hold the cab to the frame. Unhook the park brake linkage under the cab by removing the 2 cotter pins . thanks for the reply.I can actually lift the arms by using the override cable so i can tilt the cab. there is a little square electrical box mounted on the plate that sits over top of the valve. there is also what looks like a selenoid that is mounted directly on top of the valve. Tilt the cab, push down the mechanical lap bar interlock on the left side of the frame (with the engine off obviously) and work the sticks around while you watch the linkages to see what's going on.
