If I needed to move down a steep slope on a skid steer with OUT a load, I would point my but towards the top of the hill and point the bucket towards the bottom of the hill and go forward down to the bottom of the hill? Compare this to a dozer. I don't have a ton of experience with skid steers, so are they good on hills, or should I look for something else?? and if so, what? I cannot use a dozer, here due to some concrete and pavement that will need to be crossed often!
Skid steer is a Kubota SVL65-2 with wide track Camso SD tracks. Mower is a standard flow 72" Bobcat brushcat. This is a site I mow once a year and I have don.
