The house I have to tear down is about 800 sq ft, single storey and no basement so I thought I could do it with my JD CT322 without a problem.

easiest way for me was a skid steer and grapple but it pretty much needs to be on the ground first unless you're pretty skilled and cautious. If it's block foundation skid steer should have to problem and with rubber tracks you don't have to worry about nails and very fast and effective way to put down fill dirt. Just my opinion
I've used a mini excavator for landscape work, and I can't speak for all makes or sizes, but I can't imagine one would have trouble with a mobile home. Certainly any demo you do in advance would help, but a thumb is pretty useful for and handling and packing into a dumpster. A skid steer to demo a house? Are you nuts?
