The left pedal will not unlock however the right one does, allowing the bucket to operate when the motor is running. The engine runs for about 15 minutes at 1/3 throttle, then blows a 15 amp fuse to the key switch. The cab harness and the display have been replaced. Parking brake engages while in motion. When this happens there is reverse pressure placed on the control arms and an absolutely excruciating sound of brake pads working against the forward moving motors.
