I have a John Deere 280 II skid steer. Over the past several weeks, I have had an issue where the parking brake engages intermittently while the machine is in use. I need to remove the hydraulic reservoir on a 250 JD skid steer. It appears to be "wedged in there" pretty good!! Please don't tell me I have to remove the engine!!! We had an issue on our 250 with the parking brake staying on. Don't recall if the seat belt light stayed on though. There is a selonoid for the park brake under the shroud between the foot pedals that was bad on ours. As far as your hydraulic temp, you're getting up there for sustained temps, but should be ok. Keep an eye on the fluid level and you may want to shorten your drain interval or do some oil testing.
