Hi to all, i just joined today so with being new to this forum i hope i am posting this is the right spot. i have a Rounder skid steer loader that has a Predator 670cc engine. i bought this 3 or 4 years ago and its been running good until just a few days ago. when i start it, it runs good for sometimes 10 sometimes 20 minutes then starts .

Only thing that steers me away from ignition is it will run at high rpm once I blip the throttle enough to get it up to speed. And it restarts easily, no hesitation.
I put a 22hp Predator on my mill a couple years ago and have been very happy with it. It gets light usage (few thousand BF/year). It had an 18hp Briggs on it before. I had not remembered ever seeing 2500 RPM being mentioned with the Predator 670. I have several and all of them turn 3600 or close to RPM.
