I'm thinking of buying a 2006 Case 445CT and wondering what everyone's . We have a Case 445 and absolutley love it. Has a foot throttle which after . I have a JD 325 that was my first skid steer, so I learned on hand controls. I now have a T300 too, and it has foot controls. I MUCH prefer the hand controls, but I also much prefer the track machine.
We have a Case 445 and absolutley love it. Has a foot throttle which after running ours, I hate running any skid steer that doesn't have a foot throttle. 2 speed is a must. Cab with heat/AC is nice for summer work and snow removal in the winter.

I have been looking around the threads and have not found much on the 445. I am looking at a 08 445 and I was wondering if there are any major issues with this machine? I have seen a lot on the 465, but that just seems to be more machine than I need. We have a 2010 Case 440 series 3 with 3000 hours on it that we bought new. It's used 365 days a year to load feed and do other dairy stuff but probably only averages 10 minutes of running at a time (a ton of starts and stops and no idling ). If I had to stick with one brand and machine it would be a Case 440S3. It has all the features that are important to me(cab/heat, 2 speed, quick tach, ride control) and has massive power in the mid size chassis yet was reasonable price wise(I think, lower 's).
