Price: 4.52. Stock: Colorado. KV16394 John Deere Boot - New Genuine OEM John Deere part. I'm looking to get a skid-steer for personal home/farm use. Deal on Thomas 1700 went south. Currently looking at an '07 John Deere 317. Anyone have any pros / cons? Are the Deere's as good as Deere says they are? I will use it for landscaping (on rolling-hill yard), and graveling drive-way, and snow removal, and horse-barn & farm tasks. The john deere looks nice and has good spec's but I believe they have only been out for a year or so. The gehl looks like a nice machine and the price makes it even nicer. Bobcat has obviously been around for a long time and has a good reputation.
