The left pedal will not unlock however the right one does, allowing the bucket to operate when the motor is running. The engine runs for about 15 minutes at 1/3 throttle, then blows a 15 amp fuse to the key switch.Try releasing the left side with a porta power pump or bucket pump with a gauge inline and a shut off to see it it holds pressure or if you are leaking by internally.
