Thought I would post some information on the repower of my Bobcat M-371. Skid came with a very tired kohler k321 16 hp single cylinder engine. After some debate on to rebuild or repower I found a 25 hp twin cylinder kohler command for a pretty good price. Overall things went very good and I got very lucky. The engine I bouht had a 1 7/16" inch . I have an old Kohler engine for a M500 Melroe. I have dissassembled it, in the hopes I could rebuild it, but I decided to re-power. The carb. and magneto have already been traded. Is you need a part give me a shout and I will make you a good deal, I hate to see these parts go to the metal. Just found this site today.
